Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive primary care , including preventive care, chronic disease management, and acute visits.
Work closely with physicians and care teams to deliver coordinated, high-quality care.
Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic medical record (EMR) .
Promote patient education, health maintenance, and wellness initiatives.
Qualifications
Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner program (FNP preferred)
Board Certified as a Nurse Practitioner (AANP or ANCC)
Active or eligible South Carolina NP license and DEA license
Experience in primary care or internal medicine preferred
Excellent communication and collaboration skills with a patient-centered approach
