We are seeking a seasoned Informatica MDM Solutions Architect to lead the design, development, and deployment of enterprise-grade Master Data Management solutions. This role will focus on customer and product master data domains and play a critical part in shaping our MDM strategy and architecture across the organization. Must be able to work in all US time zones.

RESPONSIBILITIES - Lead the architecture, design, and implementation of Informatica MDM solutions, focusing on customer and product master data domains.
- Define and drive MDM strategy, standards, and best practices across the organization.
- Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to identify MDM needs and translate them into scalable, enterprise-grade solutions.
- Provide technical leadership and guidance for MDM configurations, customizations, match/merge rules, data stewardship workflows, and integration patterns.
- Oversee MDM tool management including performance tuning, version upgrades, and patching.
- Design and maintain MDM data models and metadata standards.
- Ensure data governance, quality, lineage, and security policies are implemented effectively.
- Mentor and support MDM developers, analysts, and data stewards.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and tools to continually enhance the MDM platform.
- Informatica Suite of MDM products experience is mandatory, other platforms are a plus.
QUALIFICATIONS - 10–15 years of experience in Master Data Management, with a strong focus on Informatica MDM architecture.
- Proven experience designing and implementing MDM solutions in complex enterprise environments.
- Deep understanding of data modeling, metadata management, and data integration principles.
- Strong knowledge of Informatica MDM components including Hub, IDQ, SIF, Match/Merge, Hierarchy Manager, and Data Director.
- Experience with cloud-based MDM deployments and hybrid architectures.
- Familiarity with data governance frameworks and tools.
- Proficiency in SQL, PL/SQL, and scripting languages for data manipulation and transformation.
- Experience integrating MDM with ERP, CRM, and other enterprise systems.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex data issues.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities.
- Willingness to travel within the U.S. up to 30%.
- Demonstrated ability to leverage AI tools to enhance productivity, streamline workflows, and support data-informed task execution.
- Familiarity with AI-enhanced platforms is a plus.
- A solid understanding of AI capabilities and limitations including ethical considerations is expected.
The salary range for this position takes into consideration a variety of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, level of experience, applicable office location, training, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs. The new hire salary range displays the minimum and maximum salary targets for this position across all US locations, and the range has not been adjusted for any specific state differentials. It is not typical for a candidate to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role, and compensation decisions are dependent on the unique facts and circumstances regarding each candidate. A reasonable estimate of the current salary range for this position is $92,118 to $202,730. Please note that the salary range posted reflects the base salary only and does not include benefits or any potential variable compensation programs.
